The National Coordinator of the European Union's Tacis Programme in the Republic of Belarus manages technical cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the European Union. As a result of this cooperation, the Republic of Belarus benefits from experience and knowledge through consultancy services, expertise, training of specialists, development of business plans and implementation of pilot projects.
The National Coordinator is appointed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
At present
Mr. Andrei Vladimirovich Kobyakov, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, is the National Coordinator.
