Organisations from Belarus are invited to participate in the Project Idea Café at the BSSSC conference on 14 October 2009 in Ringsted, Denmark.

EU Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI) agreed to support travelling & accommodation for up to 5 participants from Belarus. The participants have to fulfil the following criteria:

• come from an eligible potential partner organisation (max. 1 person per organisation) from Belarus,
• have firm plans to be a partner in a project in future calls for proposals in the Baltic Sea Region Programme,
• already have a project idea, fill in the project idea form in English (please, see the attachment) and send it by 28 August 2009,
• not be able to afford to pay for participation from her/his own resources.

If you are interested to participate in the Café and receive support, please register for the conference at www.regionsjaelland.dk/BSSSC , fill in the project idea form and send to info@eu.baltic.net by 28 August 2009. We will select up to 5 candidates and pass information further to RCBI that will take care of practicalities.
