European Commission announces EIDHR calls for proposals for Ukraine and Belarus

The European Commission is seeking proposals for two EIDHR Country-based Support Schemes with financial assistance from the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights 2009 Annual Action Programme:

• EIDHR Country-based Support Scheme in Belarus 2009, publication reference: EuropeAid/128923/L/ACT/BY. The deadline for submission of proposals is 12 October 2009 at 17:00 Kyiv time.
• EIDHR Country-based Support Scheme in Ukraine 2009, publication reference: EuropeAid/128924/L/ACT/UA. The deadline for submission of proposals is 9 November 2009 at 17:00 Kyiv time.
