Final Conference for the Neighbourhood Programme "Poland-Belarus-Ukraine" took place on 16 December 2008.

The representatives of The European Commission (EC), Monitoring Committee and Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme, Ministry of Regional Development of Poland, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Tacis Coordinating Unit in Belarus, implemented and ongoing projects participated in the conference.
