The EC approved the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI) CBC programmes "Poland-Belarus-Ukraine" on 06.11.08 and "Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus" on 18.12.08.
The implementation will start after signing the Financing Agreements by Belarus and the EC.
